Amazing place with helpful staff, good wifi, and 24-hour reception. They resolved my technical issues on my first stay, which I really appreciated. I highly recommend enjoying the onsen! I'm coming back for Christmas.

The spacious room had comfortable tatami flooring and a cozy corner. The onsen was soothing after a long day, and the free ice cream was a good surprise! The staff were friendly.
The breakfast options were somewhat limited.

Everything was simply really good. Had a very nice stay especially in this town. The staff was outstandingly accommodating and we appreciated its boxed breakfast. We had a neat room with very comfy bed and a large television and a kettle

Good for mid-sized group or families traveling together (up to 6 persons). Loved the Japanese decor (tatami flooring, futons for bed, Japanese paper windows)! The hot water public bath spa on the ground floor was also good, especially during autumn and winter...refreshing! Each hotel room is also well equipped with a microwave oven, hot water airpot, bowls, Japanese tea cups. However, would be good if teaspoons or soup spoons are provided as well, or even chopsticks. Bathroom is well stocked with soap, shampoo, conditioner, face/hand wash, colorful disposable toothbrushes, razors, cotton buds, hairbrushes, and shower caps. Staff are very friendly and helpful, although not all may be able to converse in English.

Accessible public onsen, convenient bag storage, Japanese-style tatami flooring
Room too cramped for comfort, misleading photos exaggerating space!!! Onsen amenities could use enhancements for an authentic ryokan experience!!! One-size-fits-all pajamas looked ridiculous on most guests!!!

Things I wish I knew before I tried it
The ambiance is nice, with traditional tatami and futon bedding offering an authentic stay. The onsen experience was refreshing, a perfect way to unwind after sightseeing. Breakfast is unique, but definitely worth trying! Located just steps from local transport, it made exploring seamless. Staff are helpful and speak English fluently.

Loved the amazing indoor pool!
We spent a night here and the indoor pool was a hit! The space was so calming and the lighting. The location is fab, super close to train lines and great food spots. Just wish the breakfast was better, ended up grabbing some food outside instead.
